Photos are how you know a garage door company actually does the work it claims. At Fernbrook Garage Doors Henderson, we take before-and-after documentation on jobs where the transformation matters: rusted tracks, sagging springs, doors that won’t lift, openers that scream at 6 a.m. The projects below show real Henderson scenarios we see weekly in Green Valley, Anthem, MacDonald Ranch, and the older streets around downtown where 1990s hardware is hitting its third decade. Judge the work for what it is.

Torsion Spring Replacement on a Green Valley Double Door
Before
AfterThe problem: a 16-foot double door came off its right cable when a spring let go mid-cycle. The door sat crooked in the tracks, one corner digging into the weather seal. What we did: released tension safely, removed both springs, matched the replacement to the door’s exact weight, and rebalanced everything. The result: the door moves by hand with two fingers again and closes flush against the concrete. That job took 90 minutes, including the clean-up photo before we left.
Noisy Opener Swap in Anthem
Before
AfterAn old chain-drive opener had worn gears that sounded like gravel every time the door moved. The homeowner’s bedroom sits directly above the garage, and quiet hours stopped being quiet. We pulled the old unit, installed a belt-drive LiftMaster, and swapped the rollers to nylon while we were in there. Now the loudest part of the door opening is the latch clicking. The homeowner called back two days later to say her kids stopped waking up when her husband left for work.
Track Realignment and Panel Reset in MacDonald Ranch
Before
AfterHenderson’s summer heat does a number on garage door tracks. This single door in MacDonald Ranch had worked itself out of square; one track was a quarter inch off, and the top panel had popped out of its roller. We re-lagged both rails, reset the panel, and checked the header for the movement that causes this in the first place. No replacement parts needed. The door now stays quiet through its full travel and seals tight against the frame on both sides.
Rotted Bottom Seal and Threshold Repair Near Water Street

Older homes near Water Street fight the same thing every August: rubber seals bake, crack, and let dust plus the occasional scorpion inside. This door’s bottom seal was split in three places. We pulled the old retainer, replaced the seal with a heavier extrusion rated for our sun, and leveled the threshold where erosion had left a gap. The garage floor now stays clean even when the monsoon wind kicks dirt against the door. Pet owners appreciate the seal for another reason: it keeps dust out of food bowls.
Full Door Replacement on a 1998 Home in Whitney Ranch

The original 1998 door had steel panels full of dents, a bottom section rusting through, and hinges that groaned every cycle. We measured and ordered a new Clopay steel-back insulated door with the same panel layout so the street view stayed consistent. Installation took half a day. After we finished, the homeowner stood inside with the door closed and noted she could no longer hear the street. Two jobs in one: curb appeal and noise reduction.
Spring and Cable Refresh on a Rental Property in Cadence

A property manager in Cadence called about a rental door that tenants kept forcing open by hand after the opener quit. The springs were original to the 2012 build and had lost tension, so the opener burned itself out fighting the weight. We replaced both springs, both cables, and the opener. We also photographed the work order for the owner’s file. Now the tenants use the wall button like they’re supposed to, and the door balances correctly every time we test it.
